Darren Tymms

Port Melbourne Podiatrist Darren Tymms acquired the business in the year 1999. With a wealth of experience, Darren enjoys all aspects of podiatry and his treatments are always thorough and informative. Trying to find a solution to your issue is of utmost importance.

 

Darren is trained in shockwave therapy, dry needling and swift microwave therapy for warts.

When not at work Darren enjoys exercising and travelling in his campervan.

 

Amy Carmont

Amy Carmont graduated from University of Western Sydney with Bachelor of Applied Science (Podiatry).

With over 20 years of experience she has a wealth of knowledge and special interest in treating various foot and ankle conditions.

Her treatment and knowledge base include paediatrics, biomechanical assessment, general footcare, diabetes assessment, ingrowing nails (nails surgery) and orthotic therapy.

Amy is also trained in shockwave, foot mobilisation, dry needling and SWIFT microwave therapy for wart treatment.

Whilst also maintaining a active healthy lifestyle Amy’s priority is to treat and assist all patient to ensure they stay active and on their feet!

Loretta Egan

Loretta completed her degree in podiatry at Charles Sturt University and has worked across regional Victoria and Melbourne before becoming a part of the team at Port Melbourne Podiatry in 2020.

 

Loretta is a caring, professional podiatrist who enjoys all aspects of podiatry, with a special interest in sports injuries, biomechanics and paediatrics.

 

Outside of podiatry, Loretta is kept active by her two young children and loves running and keeping fit.

Kath Smith

Kath is part of the furniture at Port Melbourne Podiatry, having worked in the business prior to Darren’s acquisition.  Kath stayed on as an integral part of the team.

 

Kath also works at the Royal Melbourne Hospital treating high risk / high care patients.
Kath is a very keen runner and has competed in Athletics, rowing and even ran in marathons.

Tomas Robinson

Tomas Robinson enjoys treating patients across all aspects of Podiatry. Tom has completed a Bachelor of Biological Science with Honours, followed by a Bachelor of Applied Science & Master of Podiatric Practice. Tom has a very caring nature and is always willing to go over and beyond to help others. Outside of Podiatry, Tom is a keen runner participating in both half and full marathons. Tom also plays in rock bands and gigs regularly in the northern suburbs
